Dress Code

 
In keeping with our respect for the best traditions of the game of golf, Cedar Brae follows a traditional dress code. Logos on apparel are restricted to designer and golf-related subjects. Company logos of no more than 6” square are allowed. Other commercial logos on apparel and hats are unacceptable.

Caps or visors are not to be worn backwards. Gentlemen are asked to remove their hats when seated in the clubhouse.
 

Men:

  • Turtleneck, long and short sleeve mock neck shirts, and collared golf shirts are acceptable. All shirts must be tucked in while on Club property.

  • Denim, rugby, sweat, jogging or cargo pants with an exterior are not acceptable attire.

  • Outerwear must be golf design specific

  • Bermuda-length shorts are appropriate

  • Socks of any length are acceptable.

Ladies:

  • Sleeveless tops are acceptable, provided they have a collar. Conversely, any top without a collar must have sleeves. Turtleneck, long and short sleeve mock necks, and traditional golf shirts are also acceptable.

  • The Club does permit Capri pants.

  • Outerwear must be golf design specific

  • Bermuda-length shorts and skorts are appropriate; however the Club does not permit short skirts and shorts.

  • Socks of any length are acceptable.

 
Cellular Phones
 
The use of cellular phones within the clubhouse is prohibited. All bells and audible tones must be switched to vibrate or silent mode while on the property. If you must make or receive a phone call, the call must be made or taken to the cell phone area or outside of the clubhouse at a distance from other members and guests. Our cell phone area is located on our ground floor for your convenience. We ask that you please use these areas so as not to detract from members and guests enjoyment while on the property. Please keep the duration of calls to a minimum.
 
Clubhouse Dress Code
 
Appropriate attire as defined above for men, women and juniors. The same applies for the Dining Room, and Bistro/Lounge  except when other attire is specified for special events.
